Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please reach out to our support team.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
- Gift cards
